I think it'll be the latter... He shouldn't be brought in to potentially stunt Riley's growth and I doubt he will be. This regime is about growing it's own talent. Goff will be London's direct backup incase of injury.the 26-year-old Goff could challenge as an experienced alternative to Riley or could serve as a backup at both spots.

There's so much rotation now that "backup" doesn't mean what it used to mean.
