Carson Palmer to the Raiders

Talk about the AFC, NFC, the NFL Draft, College Football... anything football that has no Washington Football Team relevance.

Wow, I'm glad the Skins weren't DUMB enough to poul this trade off.

Two (possibly) first round picks for a retired QB that played well in 3 our 4 years!

The Raiders' first pick in the 2012 draft isn't until the 5th round.

Did they hire Vinnie Verato when we weren't looking?

Wow, Al Davis is gone but his legacy of doing dumb crap still lives on I see. Like you said SF33, glad it wasn't us.

Jeeeez, I feel bad for Jason. He had been doing well.

Suck for Luck has just ended... Cincy now has enough picks to move to the top of the draft, a QB hunger team will take the picks a Dalton in a minute

Why would they need to move up to get a QB when they have one?

there's a strong possibility that Brunell will be the starting QB here - SHORTLY

UNFORTUNATELY for all the Redskins' Brunell fans, they cannot get this deal done until after the loss to the Panthers this Sunday

as a further update - Campbell is going to be brought in to back up Brunell as soon as he's ready to play again

The Palmer reign probably means that Campbell will NOT be getting a fair shot to start again in Oakland

now that's a shame
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)

I have yet to hear anything about Brunell. I can only hope it will not happen.

Haven't you heard.... Luck is the next BiG thing, Dalton looks good but it might be beginners "Luck", we are talking about the Bungles here.

I think it would be cool for them to trade Dalton and a couple of picks to move up for Luck then, Luck pulls a Eli and demands a trade. The draft would be much more interesting next year.

Raiders offensive coordinator Al Saunders tells radio show Carson Palmer will start Sunday against the Chiefs "as long as he's breathing."

This doesn't look good for the Raiders. I heard that they won't be getting Palmer until next year when they need him now. Btw, what happened to Terrelle Pryor? I haven't heard his name in a while. Is he going to be getting snaps soon? I'd rather see him than Boller.
