the tweety birds have to be 1-5 or something like 2-7 before some of these guys rank them in the bottom 5. There's a lot of them that are still clinging on to them based on pure "potential".

I agree, which kind of defeats the purpose of a weekly power ranking. You arent basing them on what they are doing but what they "can" do.
