That is why the D (I use that term loosely). Evey one over runs the play, then it looks like they are scarred to hit. My 2 yr old is learning to boo today.

Sad to say it ... but at least last year we could claim a decent defense. This is really beginning to look like a government run football team. Totally inept doesn't begin to cover how ill prepared this team is each week.

I know its year 1, game 12 of the Shanahan experiment, but i am not thrilled. From the handling of Big Al' to the brain seizure that was the benching of mcnabb, it seems like the players have quit. Either that, or players and coaching is getting worse as the year progresses.

I'm thinking its more to do with actual talent level on this team.

No way this was a top 10 D last year. This is poor coaching & even worse effort.

Also I would feel a whole lot different if we were loosing like this with a team that averaged 23-24 yras lod as opposed to our ave 30 yr olds. We are no better off that a year ago. and 1 more win does not cut it.

Exactly ..... and guess what ..... by half time, or 28 - 0, whichever occurs first, Hasslett may actually think "hmmm .... maybe that 3 man rush isn't working ..."

The only thing we can hope for is 5-11 .... that way we get better draft picks, and hopefully Jim Hasslett is gone ..... wouldn't break my heart to see the Shanahan tag team on the bus out of town too.

This is the worst defense I can actually remember.

How do you get paid for this?

McNabb can't play. he misses too many people who are wide open.
