There is one thing this team has improved on, without question, this year. The defense is struggling to adapt to a new 3-4 system, and constantly hanging on the next Albert Haynesworth sighting, the offense is still trying to find it's rhythym (and 2 minute drill quarterback). Special teams, however, has looked great to me. We will leave that subject open for discussion.
Accountability. The Skins have it this year. Every player and coach under this regime has held themselves responsible for faults. "It starts with me" seems to be a kind of mantra in any press conference. So far, those four words have come out of the mouths of Kyle Shanahan, Mike Shanahan, and Donovan McNabb. As far as I am concerned, this is a good football team for that reason alone. With this type of mentality, I believe our boys in burgundy will be in the playoffs in the future, and for years to come.
