Sean Taylor is going to be a monster on defense and we can't pass him up, plus we are ok at WR especially if we keep McCants.

So Linda - welcome aboard - where are you from?

Rod Gardner is a young receiver with three years experience, who already has a 70 catch 1000 yard season under his belt. It would be preposterous to trade him as he is entering his prime for a 2nd round pick. Sure, we COULD strike gold with that pick, but the word COULD infers that there is a risk envolved. For all we know the player we choose could flop. We know that Gardner is no bust, so why get rid of him now after we've waited three years for him to come around.

A WR is one of the last things we need right now. If we draft K2, we aren't going to turn him into a WR, we would use him as a blocker, and occassionally split him out ala the way the Giants used Shockey. We need a DL, and a few other things, WR is not one of them.

I agree - I think we are set at WR and Gibbs has the TE types that he likes - more the blockers than the receiver type.

Winslow and Taylor will be expensive at #5 and they will not fill the most important hole - defensive line. In the long run, if we don't finish what we started when we picked up Daniels and Griffin in FA it will be more expensive in terms of wins and losses IMO.
