Urlacher is one of the best to play that position and destined to go into the HOF as soon as he's eligible.
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)

He's had a pretty mediocre season so far this year, at least stats-wise. I only know this because I have him on my fantasy team, not because I watch the Bears play, but his numbers are way down from previous seasons.

I think Urlacher is a great player and everything I've heard about him indicates to me that he's a great guy off the field as well.
