The Redskins listed Jason Taylor as a "LB/DE" on their training camp roster.

He's been given No. 55, a linebacker number, indicating the Skins will let him play some with his hand up. Taylor has experience at OLB in Miami's 3-4. The position could afford him chances to chase and make open-field plays.

I seem to recall an undersized LB wearing 55 years back. Maybe he's advocating that as a speed limit. Wallace was wearing 55 but switched to 57. I'm sure he was easy to convince
