"He was laying right there beside me hollering," Campbell said. "I knew it was something bad. I looked at his foot, and I turned and didn't look at it any more."

 Mark would have never turned his back on a teammate. Great "leadership", Jason.*

Get well soon, Rock.

BTW - Anyone know if this is the same leg on which he suffered the achilles injury a couple years ago?

*Yes, this is only intended as a joke.

As much as I like Jansen we would get a young player who worked very hard and has the potential to become a top RG and its funny cause right after Jansen left Portis had 62 yards .

How things look I think Jansen won't stay to long if Heyer or even Wade shines but I think Heyer is are future RG?.

That comment about Campbell is uncalled for and totally wrong. Looking away from a terrible injury is not turning your back on a teammate. Campbell's comment was made sympathetically. Also, Campbell was standing right there beside Jansen until he got out of the way for the medical staff. Campbell did what he was supposed to do. I hope, if Brunell had been out there, he would have behaved as Campbell did. In fact, I'm sure he would have.

If the other guys are better than they should play. But I would hate to season it end like that for Jansen.

After the injuries he's had to get hurt again where he just had no way to avoid it? It just wasn't right.

We lost an anchor on this line and a great team leader. I am cautiously optomistic about Heyer stepping in and getting the job done well. I have faith in the kid and hope he knows this is his time to shine.

I wish a speedy recover to you Jon... We'll definitely miss you....

On the news tonite in DC - Bugel told Sonny & G Michael that Wade was most likely to be the starter.

Get well soon Jansen
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)

What makes me more queezy is the thought that they popped that bad boy back in place, on the field.

That has GOT to hurt. :puke:

Even though I like Heyer, it makes perfect sense. Heyer limits the offense cus Cooley has to stay in to block. Wade won't need the extra help. Good choice.

Maybe if Mark is such a good teammate, he can put his new clipboard down and help with John's rehab, so we can have him back for next season!!!!!!
