Keep a close eye on Niners fifth-year WR Taylor Jacobs, who has been on the field a lot in three-WR sets and is a real favorite of WR coach Jerry Sullivan. We’re told Jacobs had an outstanding training camp. The former second-round pick of the Redskins has always possessed great athleticism and could end up being a very intriguing late bloomer.
Freaking deja vu. How many years did we hear that Taylor Jacobs was having a great camp and ready for a breakout season?
Taylor Jacobs will not have a breakout season we have been hearing that since he was drafted. The only thing he is good for is practice and camp. When it comes to the game he disappears.
Jacobs was fairly anonymous tonight for the 49ers although, it has to be said, the 49ers looked absolutely dreadful both talent-wise and in preparedness. They have a lot of hard work ahead.

Yeah, and Danny Woeful has watched Boonell throw for less than 100 yards many times with the Skins and thought to himself "I can do better than that! Ever Heath Shuler can throw for more than 100 yards in a game. Heck a blind lady in a walker could amost reach 100 yards"

Actually most guys here (according to themselves, at least) can do better than Brunell - just seems that while Brunell has competed as one of the better QBs in the NFL at some time in his life there are a lot here who can only find everything wrong with his game.
We have a very serious problem at backup QB with Collins looking better than Brunell at this time - that is a very troubling thought if anything should happen to Campbell - I do value Brunell's leadership and think that he will help Campbell be a very good QB for us but he is not looking very good as a backup and Collins is also way past being considered a good QB - not a good situation.
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)

I assume you mean Rep. Schuler
The only thing he should be allowed to represent is failure.
I'm pretty sure he has that covered.
