I heard it was his hamstring. Not a big deal but something they had him sit out. Hamstrings and/or growing issues are due to being out of shape and poor flexibility. I know b/c my hamstrings are my biggest issue. But thats why they are back up in DC to get back in shape. If more guys would listen to Ray Brown about doing palates, thats how he said he stayed in the NFL so long without injuries. ( I don't do palates but i hear it good.)

Uh, guys, GROIN injuries are worse than hamstring injuries. Goodness gracious; thats what has kept Springs on the sidelines for most of the past 2 years.
Go watch Gibbs press confrence at redskins .com he was saying that guys do more stright running when they should be cutting and jerking more but it was nothing serious.
I don't think work ethic or proper exercises are the case here. I think that it is just one of those freak things that happen. Guys with lots of speed are more prone to injury in their legs due to the fact that their muscles are working faster. At least that is my reasoning behind things.

This is statement is simply not true. Springs played 15 games in 05 (not sure about playoffs) and 8 in 06. Define "most"!

If he is getting hurt in practice, then I sure dont want him playing in the preseason! Please rest our players just have them studying the playbook and doing reps with JC.
