Talk about the AFC, NFC, the NFL Draft, College Football... anything football that has no Washington Football Team relevance.

How do you think the draft will unfold? I think it will go something like this if no one trades down.

Oak-Jamarcus Russell, QB, LSU
Det-Brady Quinn, QB, ND
Cle-Alan Branch, DT, Mich.
TB-Calvin Johnson, WR, GT
Ari-Joe Thomas, OT, Wis.

That leaves us to take either Gaines Adams, Glenn Dorsey, or Antoine Cason. Or trade down.

Jamarcus Russell isn't the thinking man's QB. LSU fans won't admit it if he leaves after the Notre Dame game performance, but MANY of them wanted Flynn starting most of the year.

Jamarcus Russell is a QB who has a high risk factor as far the mental set goes. He will probably pick everything up, but BRady Quinn is safer with a tad bit less upside.

Which is exactly why I see Oakland taking him! But its too early to tell.

I could see Oakland taking Russell or Quinn. Vince Young was the guy who blew the wonderlic test and everyone said he didn't have the mental edge to make it at the pro level. Wow, those experts really know what they're talking about.

Has Brady Quinn beaten a good team while at ND?
