Did anyone see what LJ did to Troy after an INT today?
Troy is running down the sideline (at full speed) and LJ reaches out and grabs a handful of his hair. As you can imagine, Troy went down in a hurry. LJ doesn't let go and yanks him back to his feet. It ripped him down (and on his head) and back up in a hurry.
It had to hurt.
For the record -- your hair is part of your uniform so no penalty. I'd say, either tuck it in or get it cut off.
That's funny considering LJ almost had his neck broken last week by a questionable tackle.

You forgot the part where LJ got up still holding onto Polamalu's hair as if it were a hunting trophy.

Yeah, he got an unsportsmanlike penalty, not for the tackle, but for continuing to drag him back to his feet after the play, out of bounds. That was weak.
