When I click on the link, Norwood from Atlanta is #1, and Cartwright is #4.

Norwood has returned two kicks. Cartwright has returned 15.

Any NFL returner can get lucky and have two good kickoff returns.

the link is to the top kick returners in the NFL sorted by AVERAGE yards/return.

#2 and #3 are AFC players.
