Ground Zero - just after 9/11

I debated posting these because they might be something too hard for some people to see.

It's a close up view of the building destruction only at ground zero - just after 9/11.

THE FOLLOWING PICS ARE INCREDIBLE..I DONT THINK THEY WERE EVER SEEN BY THE PUBLIC.

Wow.

This sumer I ahd the privilege of visiting the Ground Zero site for the first time, and, judging by the pictures you just posted, it is AMAZING how NYC has been able to clean that mess up. While the site still remains vacant, it still is awe-inspiring to know what was once there.
