Kicking game
I think we need to take a real long look next season with a new kicker and punter. We cannot have kickoffs barely reaching the 20 and giving ayway field position

Two games left in the pre season why do you want to wait untill next year, when this season hasn't even started yet?

I am a little concerned about the kickoff situation. Seems we are taking the job of kicking off too lightly. If we are going to simply assign the responsibility to a punter (completely different skill sets) than why not have them perfect the "squib" kick and make it more difficult for the return team to set up an organized return. The uncertainty of squib kicks would serve us better than giving them a running start at every return. Heck...if it goes out of bounds we still hold them to the 40 yard line to start.
Note: Frost's first kickoff was pretty good, but the one after our first score was very bad. We need someone who can kick it high and deep every time.

Beat Dallas!!!
Frost is just as bad as a kicker as he is as a punter.
Hopefully Lonie will replace him at punter.

Lonie's no good. Take it from someone who used to be a kicker. They were told to kick it to a certain yard line. Last year everyone thought that Hall couldn't kick it far but what they didn't know was that the coaches wanted him to only kick it to the 5 yard like each time. I don't agree b/c I think that touchbacks are pretty safe way to go but some coaches don't agree with that.

I agree 100%. I know that we have a great coaching staff and a Hall of Fame coach but I really don't understand what they see in Frost. I don't pretend to even know 1% of what Gibbs knows about football but come on, Frost blows. I mean the guy is ok when there is no pressure, but late in a game the guy just seems to choke. Some of his late-game punts have been horrific. I just don't get it.
Based on what we saw last year and what we have seen so far, it would not surprise me at all to see a new kicker and a new punter for the Redskins at FedEx on 9/11.
Both of these positions can be filled by 1 player but it is critical for special team coverage to get decent kick-offs and some decent hang time on the punts.

Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)
