Michael Vick Caught Smoking a Blunt

I'm sitting here at work listening to Colin Cowherd on the Danny's radio station and just found out about this news. Michael Vick's girlfriend put a picture on myspace.com - which was subsequently found - of him with a blunt in his hands!! Check it out:

Looks like a tiporillo to me. Anyway, no way to prove there was marijuana in it. No story here!

Not much to see here. If I hated Michael Vick I might have more motivation to attach myself to this story. . .but it's hard to believe either of the 2 cases that this article tries to make. . .

I could care less about the cold sore, as they are actually very common. I find whatever is in his hand to be very funny, especially given that I know his past. I truely like Michale Vick and hope that he can develop as a passer. This was the man that put the Virginia Tech program on the map after all. You are right, also, that it could be just tobacco. That being said, the Vick's didn't exactly get marijuana in Blacksburg anonymously. Maybe he stopped smoking since graduating, but I know that he did quite consistently throughout college.

Good point. I guess it just makes you think. As Cowherd said, Vick needs to start hanging out with women, not girls, that don't belong to myspace. He is doing a heck of a job creating a positive image.

But seriously you have to be pretty blinded by your affection to Vick to think he doesn't smoke.

I mean look at his brother Marcus...

I would say at least 50% of the league smokes.

There is an easy way to find out, ask him to submit to a drug test. If he is not guilty he will have nothing to hide.

The NFL has a regular testing policy in place. . .I don't know that they'll ask him to take an extra test because of myspace. But, even if they did, and he refused, it's not like they could take that as an admition of guilt. Perhaps Vick doesn't want to have to pee into a little cup unless he has to under NFL policy. For them to randomly ask him to do it would be inconsistent.

Why is this news? It's a photo, and another allegation by a bitter ex. I've got no love for MV, but isn't this his business? If he gets busted, he gets busted. But, I guarantee you, if he comes back clean, you won't see a retraction on that site.

It's not news, Vick and the bud hasn't been news for almost a decade.

It's a good way to bash Vick though.

If it is a blunt and not a black and mild then... Why did he let his picture be taken holding it?

If it is a blunt and he chose to pose for the picture then... are these the kind of decisions the Falcons want their QB making?
