How much responsibility does Bush have for the coming WW?

Post by crazyhorse1 »

Or...

How much is the Republican congress to blame?

How much is the Republican party to blame?

How much is the Republican voter to blame?

How much is the Democrat's fault for losing to Bush?

I blame Terrorist.

Radical Muslims.

China, Russia, Iran, Syria, Palestine, North Korea

Lack of authority by the U.N.

American involvement over many years of our nose being in other countries business.

Polarized politcal parties instead of one unified voice of the people.

Diplomacy with rogue nations is only a delay for war.

I don't think we can just blame Bush, Republicans, Democrats etc.....
We have a country with the size of about 300 million people. That is pale in comparison to the rest of the world(6billion?)

Te easiest route is to blame the United States but noone else wants to do anything "significant" about the impending war. In fact, some countries want a war (Iran, NK, Syria, Palestine).

Just my opinion

Bush has attacked the wrong third world country and fundamentally lost the war and at the same time swelled the ranks of Al Qaida and emboldened Hezzbola and Hammas to attack Israel, probably at Iran’s behest. Iran, of course, thinks it can get away with it because our conventional war making capacity is bogged downed in Iraq because of the administration’s incompetence. It’s also bought some time to develop nuclear missiles for itself and North Korea.
Also helping Iran, Hezzbolla, and Hammas is the fact that Bush has no credibility left in Asia or Europe and can’t make a diplomatic move. He won’t urge Israel to seek peace because Israel would show him up by ignoring him. The next thing Bush will be responsible for is the loss of Lebanon, since Israel won’t go after just Hezzbolla, but all of Lebanon. Further, Cairo is now making disturbing noises about our failure to act. Syria will move firmly behind Hammas, in part because of Bush’s anti-Syria rhetoric.
In assigning blame, don’t forget that Iran is able to keep Hezzbolla and Hammas supplied because it is freely moving munitions and other supplies across an unsecured Iraq.

I think the possible coming of a new world war is not due to one instance or one person. It is due to a cumilation of parts and pieces that have been ongoing for many years and has been building up to the point where we are at today.

Is there a world war coming? What did I miss? Why does nobody tell me anything? Have the French surrendered yet?

Somebody has to go there and say hello. I'm here to occupy your country first.

It's sad that they had to stop the fireworks at Euro Disney just to stop the French from surrendering each night though.

I say we wipe out the whole of humankind from the face of the earth. Think about the benefits...

1. The few little roaches left could really evolve in a few billion years into hopefully more intelligent entities than we are,

2. Global warming would speed up just temporarely with nuclear weapons but then it would get colder quickly with no fossil fuels burned by our "modern society",

3. the new microscopic but growing flora and fauna would have nothing to worry about threats to it by human activities,

4. There would be less junk thrown out into space,

5. The oceans might be less contaminated with garbage,

and on and on and on ...

I say we go for it. I am pretty optimistic about us going the way of Jurassic Park. Think about it, we deserve it. We have earned it.

Maybe even God, in what ever shape or form you may or may not think about it, deserves a well earned holiday for a while.

I am serious.

Being overseas, I understand why you don't get the Republican talking points, but according to Newt Gingrich and all the FAUX News talking heads, WWIII has already begun.

Well, in that case, I'd better get down to the shops in the morning, and stock up on spam and bananas. Mind you, it will all be over by Christmas (as somebody else once sent about a war).

Here's a strong candidate for war starter:

Who undermined Lebanon's Sovereignty?
You got it !

United Nations Secretary-General
Kofi Annan

In this picture taken in Beirut in 2000, Kofi Annan is thanking Nasrallah, head of the terror group Hezbollah for Maintaining law and order in the south of Lebanon.

So, in 2000 Kofi Annan acknowledged that the terror group Hezbollah was responsible for Maintaining law and order in southern Lebanon, but it is now ISRAEL which is undermining the country's sovereignty?
