2006 toughest season to come!

Post by HEROHAMO »

This year is going to be a real test in the NFC East. I know the Eagles will be eager to return to prominence. The Giants revamped a defense that now should be better. The Cowgirls added maybe the best receiver in Football. Meanwhile the Skins gained a few key pieces in free agency. Not to mention we have one of the toughest schedueles in the league. This upcoming season is going to be very challenging. Im sure Gibbs can pick up some gems in the draft. We really need some depth at D-line also a stud at Outside linebacker,a good corner,a center,a guard, another big reciever should add some real depth to roster all across the board. Overall we are in good hands but this will be the toughest season for the Skins in long time. Expectations are now high and teams will be gunning for us.

I dont know if you really thik that we are going to get another wide reciever. Look no further than Cooley if you want a big, tall WR because he is as close as your gonna get to that! I agreee the nfc east is going to be a dogfight but I really think we will pull this one out. I was talking to my boy who ALWAYS talks smack about the skins and is a diehard giant fan, even he admitted that the skins are gonna be nice this year. He also thinks that Lavar is the 2nd coming of LT. Its funny how when Lavar was on the skins all the giants fans said he is over rated and no good, but now that he is in blue and red, he is a stud. I just think its fnny how that works out.

youre right about no new wr.. it will be a tough season. the nfc is back and might be the thoughest in the league. though i cant help but think the cowgirls will implode with TO as a wide out.. plus bledsoe at qb, hes too old and throws too many INTs. as for the giants they had a break out season last year following tiki. if he has another great season in him they willl have a chance. as for the eagles they are better for dumping TO and will have better team unity but i thought mcnabb looked terribe last year. hes not what he once was.. i think we will be in a tight race with the giants for the division championship and we willl both make the playoffs.

I also think its funny when Lavar is on the Skins, he's the hardest hitter in football one of the best Lb 3 time pro bowler, when gone he is a cancer, injury prone, etc. When Champ is on the Skins he is the best corner in football, leaves the Skins overrated and money hunger. Coles also, funny how things work out.

I am sorry i dont by the hype of the eagles and cowboys beinging good teams

good teams dont get blown out 35-7 in december

good teams dont give up 14 points in 90 seconds with 3 mins to go in the game

they had a even worse qb shape than us, bledsoe cant move, he is just like ramsey holds on to the ball forever and gets poped like a bowling pin.

eagles have to show me first, show me mcnabb is 100%

who the heck in mcnabb ging to throw too?
brown ???? greg lewis , greg lewis should be in the CFL playing in cananda. ok mccant please .

their defense is getting older, dawkins is not the same he used to be, litto sherperd and brown have major issues with quick , fast wr,s guess what , redskins are loaded with guys like that at wr.,

and dont let me even start with the g men .,have you seen their SCHEDULE OF GAMES

COLTS, WEEK 2 AT EAGLES, WEEK 3, AT SEAHAWKS, WEEK 5 REDSKINS LOL, WEEK 6 AT FALCONS, WEEK 7 AT COWBOYS, WEEK 8 BUCCANNERS, TEXANS, BEARS, JAGUARS, TITANS, PATNHER, EAGLES, REDSKINS AGAIN

IF THE giants win 7 games its a mircle with eli "mcchoker" on their teams

Redskins will win the NFC EAST

1.REDSKINS =11-5
2.COWBOYS=10-6
3.EAGLES=8-8
4.GIANTS=7-9

swap number 2 to 1 and give 'em 12 or 13 wins and you'll be right :wink:

Philly is done, Im sorry but Im not going to give them as much credit as you all do. When Philly was 100% in 2004 we came close to beating them. When Philly was depleted a bit we spanked them and another season of Philly being a "worse" team than the 2004 squad = more Philly losses from the Skins.

They'll never be an easy win, no NFCE is but they're days of dominance are over. Its our turn now and we showed it last year. Last season we were inferior from a personel standpoint but we had the intangibles.

Now we're at least on equal footing when it comes to player talent and we still have the intangibles/coaching.

Skins are winning the East.
Will the Giants recover from their meltdown? How is the player/coaching relationship after the blame game went down?
How long until TO implodes little D?
Eagles are at the bottom and are aging.
The road to the number 1 pick gaining speed!

Not being Catholic, I just have to ask: What is getting "poped," and what does that have to do with football or bowling?
:hmm:

The other teams look good. I expect that Philadelphia will improve with Owens gone and with McNabb returning.

Serious NFC East football, as it was 20 years ago, and for a long time. After Norv Turner and <the nameless college coach> the real Redskins are back.

Remember: they had to win the last five, and they did. Whenever you bump into the sports entertainment air-heads, just repeat: they had to win the last five and they did.

You expect the Giants to go 7-9??? I'm not sure, but it seems like they did nothing but improve this offseason and after last season's record, I just don't see them losing 9 games.
Have no fear, Moss will make it happen.

You expect the Giants to get a favorable review here ? They still have Peyton's brother throwing 60 yard bombs...it's the last 40 he can't seem to nail.
While 7-9 might be a reach.... .500 ball isn't, and 9-7 is no gimme. Sure, they improved...but was defense the problem there last year ? Nope. They improved...but not where they most needed to. They coveted LA...and they got him.
Did they need him ?
