I won't be holding my breath. I was worried about the 'present' state of the Simpsons back at the end of high school (2001. . .yes, I'm young. . .) and thought that maybe they were starting to lose it and a movie would be highly disappointing. And, in my opinion, it's only gotten worse since then. Much, much worse.

Sadly, no matter what reviews I would hear of the movie or not matter how skeptical I'd be, I would still pay to go see it in the theater--as I'm sure many people would. So maybe they won't lose on the deal either way.

I am in complete agreement, I consider basically everything from 2001 and on to be either average or total crap. I knew it was getting bad when I realized the new epiosdes were actually ripping off old episodes.

now for a transformers and family guy one and were money... but....

I most interested in Aqua Teen Hunger Force the Movie. (currently in the works)

The scene on the trash planet, to steal a line from Bill Simmons, ranks VERY high on the Unintentional Comedy Scale. I saw Transformers in the theaters in 1986 ... I was 10 ... good god I am old.
