People in the Fredericksburg area may already know this, but I was at the Spotsylvania Towne Center (formerly Spotsylvania Mall, and still mostly a crap-hole), and they now have an Official Redskins' Store.
I finally picked up my "Captain Chaos" shirt, and managed to keep the girls from breaking everything in the store.
At the register they had a sign:
"Free Ramsey or Arrignton Replica Jersey with any $100 purchase."

Used to be one in Rehoboth and then I think it went to Ocean City, MD.
That place IS
NOT a "Redskins Store", though it sold a lot of Redskins stuff.
