Shell is better than most of his targets he was going to go after.

I'm glad Shell's getting a second chance but I don't think they'll do any better.

It's a joke that Davis fired Shell in the first place, and an even bigger joke he was never seriously considered for another head coaching job afterwards.

54-38 coaching the Raiders. Man deserved a medal :)
