The Last Time Seagulls won a Playoff Game...

Post by The Hogster »

Here's an idea

In this thread, post things that were true the last time the Seahawks won a playoff game. It was 21 years ago in 1984 I believe.

Here's a start:

1) Reagan was president.

2) The VCR was new technology.

3) Computers ran on MS-DOS.

What's a VCR?

Actually, I hate these kinds of stats. They used to bring this up everytime the Redskins played the Cowboys before we broke the streak, as if the Skins had no chance of winning the game because they hadn't won a game in so long.

It's interesting, but it has no relevance to what happens Saturday. The Skins will need to play their best on both sides of the ball from here on out...

That's flippin awesome!!

Wow, that's quite a list of top movies. I don't think I've seen the Tarzan one, but I've seen the rest dozens of times.

March 16 - The CIA station chief in Beirut, William Buckley, is kidnapped by Islamic fundamentalists Islamic Jihad and later dies in captivity.
May 4 - Christopher Corey Allen later to be known as CLL was born. The polar caps began melting that day in preparation. Global warming isn't causing the sea levels to rise, it was CLL torching your sons and daughters on the football field in HS.

Of course, he wasn't "Hollywood" Hogan then. He didn't adopt the moniker until much later in his career.
