Really hard to say because at best we're going to have the 52nd pick. Who knows who will be available then? We will probably go DE, WR, or maybe even CB there. I would say the first two are pretty likely as those are the only two positions of real need that we have on this team. Actually, I wouldn't be at all surprised if we went with an OG if there was a really good one available.

I'll bite.

I say CB.
How about a nice (soon to be 2nd CB) in 2 to 3 years.

I know everyone wants a pass rushing DE.
I don't see that coming late in the 2nd round.
I also believe this coaching staff believes we do not need a DE and I agree.

That will depend on what moves are made in the off-season. I know it's been a while but we ain't there yet and hopefully it's about a month off.

It seems like lately we always draft a DB or SS first. I do think we need a DE or a WR to go with Moss cuz I am not high on Patten or Thrash.

We will probally be looking to trade both Ramsey and Arington for either picks and or players, if you beleve the media.

I think Ramsey will be traded for certain, but I hope we decide to keep Arington. Both of these guys would bring in at least a second round pick. Or you can start making deals, putting together players and picks.

I think we need a legitimate wide receiver. Thrash and Patten will be solid at the #3 & #4 spots. If we had another serious threat at wr we could be pretty scary. We also are in desperate need of a real pass rusher. Think how tough we would be if we could generate a pass rush without having to gamble so much with the blitz.

Yes, I think we are all on the same page here. DE, WR, and DB is what were needing I'm sure the team relizes that aslo. I would like to see Cambell get some playing time in next year because if he is not the future we will need a QB at some point.

i'd like to see an upgrade at safety somehwhere in the draft.. ryan clark is a beast but seems a little out of position at safety, size-wise... he could make a great 3rd CB in my opinion... but this is just for arguements sake.
May #21 never be worn again by another Redskin but may every Redskin play like they are wearing #21 on their backs.

After watching the Rosebowl, I would love to have Vince on our team. I think he will be 10X better then Vick is!

We definitely need to get a good pass rushing/3rd down DE. My vote goes to Daryl Tapp at VT. We should also increase our depth at CB and add a tall possession reciever at the #2 spot.

Well, whoever they draft should come from the "U" Miami. It seems like we have lots of success with players from Miami. Devan Hester is going pro but probably won't be around at our pick.

Wow, I forgot about him. Not only is he a darn go CB. He could provide a boost the punt/kickoff return team. I hope we can get him somehow.

Vick is not "our" QB! I don't get the connection! :hmm: Unless you think he's good? Good for what and who? - I certainly would not think either one would fit this team!

This guy has not even said he's considering coming out and he's a college kid who only plays in the shotgun. The NFL is a little different.
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)

He's considering coming out but hasn't made is decision yet. He'll make a good QB for someone like N.O. or Houston (they have no O-lines so he'll need to be back as far as possible).
The Skins shouldn't be in the QB market for years after (there are 2 no. 1s on the bench now). Young may turn out to be a pretty good wide receiver just like I'm sure WR Matt Jones who was drafted by the Jags after playing QB in college will be a pretty good TE someday. College Quarterbacks with their skills fit in somewhere just not always behind center.

Bingo! That is an excellent point! I think that Reggie B may also be a back that can be used as a wideout too!

We are set at QB and Young, Bush, et al are not going to be available to us anyway. I do think they will be great as NFL players though, as will Leinart, in the right system!

Leinhart is not a system player, he can scramble, he can throw on the run, he can do it all. He will be great in any offense.
