Hey guys!
Did you check the Tailgate recipe in the Exclusive Article?
http://www.the-hogs.net/content/story.php?id=616
As a cook, I tell you this one is a winner. HailSkins666 knows how to cook for a tailgate for sure. I doo not post all of his recipes but the ribs and Chili are worth keeping as a reference.
Ribs for Fall games, Chili for Winter games. Perfect.
I wish I had a better recipethan than. But I do not.
Enjoy!

wow! thanks.
i was begining to wonder if anyone had read any of them besides the first one.
and just FYI, i made the pot of chili in that pic last night, and its my lunch right now. it's even better after it has time to sit overnight.

It is always like that with good food. The flavours are richer and they mix well. I am green with envy.
Thanks. Great recipes are appreciated. This one together with the first one have been stored in my computer.

Funny...the boss was just asking this morning where he could get some good chili. I checked the site and there it was...printed him the recipe.

Shenia and I are going to make this tommorow.
If I put some of this in a thermos how long do you think it'll stay warm? I have a stainless steel UPS thermos.

if its hot, it should be good for a couple hours. just depends on how long you leave the thermos in the cold.
