Eagle Fans

Talk about the AFC, NFC, the NFL Draft, College Football... anything football that has no Washington Football Team relevance.

Eagle Fans

Post by The Hogster »

I had to say this...this is so funny watching all of these IDIOT Eagle fans freezing their balls off on MNF getting embarrassed.

I wish I started the Seahawk defense in Fantasy Football, they've scored 2 TD's on defense and almost a third on an INT.  :) :D :( :x

But why is that guy out there in the snow with no shirt on and his team down by 6 TDs?

Well if the Seahawks can go into the Eagles house and win, so can we. I am not saying we are got to smack them like the Seahawks did, because the Eagles defense has kept Alexander and Matt in check, but we have a good chance to win that game come New Years

Watching the Seattle-Philadelphia game tonight

Post by DESkins »

I have to say, after watching Seattle totally dismantle the Eagles, that a) I'm not worried about the Redskins-Eagles re-match, and b) I'm sure glad we beat Seattle earlier in the season, because they are impressing the tar out of me tonight.

 Biggest blowout ever on Moday Night -- OUTSTANDING!

And, they lost running back Brian Westbrook with a sprained foot. He will have an MRI on Dec. 6.

Looks like the egals might be playing without their biggest weapon...we'll see how this plays out...

Indeed. At this point of the season, Mike McMahon and Koy Detmer both look like lunch meat for the Skins' defense.

Of course, it's a divisional game, and the Eagles could play the spoilers if we're at 9-6 on January 1. Despite their obvious weaknesses, they will be prepared to face a division rival.

Philly reminds me of the Skins from 2000 playing out the string after they fired Norv.....

Then I hope Gibbs takes a look at the game tape.
Holmgren came out passing. And continued to pass.
As good as Trotter is against the run, he that bad against the pass. He was so out of position on Engrams touchdown catch it wasn't even funny. He was all by himself while Trotter went to double cover someone else in the endzone. Standing behind him no less.
If Gibbs is run heavy right off the bat I think it would be a mistake.

It was pretty nice watching the Eagles get demolished at home on the night they retired White's number. And the boos and empty stands. Sweet.

I wonder if Phily fans think TO was worth it. 0 more championships--in fact, they received yet another crushing defeat deep in the playoffs--and a season that is completely down the toilet at this point.

I know I'm glad that they got TO. . . :)

No, actually I feel rather sorry for the Eagles. What do you mean - you don't think I'm serious?

Good point Fan! Actually goes to prove Gibbs was right in thinking about "team concept" players instead of some of the "studs" that a lot of fans wanted to bring in here! We will be a better team with (Gibbs type) players than we will with potential "all pros" who don't want to play the way our coaches want them to!
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)
