Brandon Lloyd

Talk about the AFC, NFC, the NFL Draft, College Football... anything football that has no Washington Football Team relevance.

Brandon Lloyd

Post by Justice Hog »

Have any of you been catching the acrobatic catches this kid has been making for the 49ers lately?!?!!

This kid, in his 3rd year, is truly exciting to watch! While he's certainly not among the elite receivers in the league...I think he really is an up-and-comer and someone the Redskins may want to look at should he ever become a free agent.

Plain and simple, he's exciting as hell to watch.

My cousin (in SF) loves this guy. I guess he must have been onto something when he told me about Lloyd.

He's been making acrobatic catches like that the past 3 years. His problem is for every one that he pulls out of his ass, he drops two he should have caught easily.

He seems to have a real problem with hearing footsteps, too.

that kid is nothing short of amazing...he is playing for the wrong team.. i know we went through this sort of thing with rod gardner, but lloyd is a burner and makes some hellagood catches...maybe we pursue?

i for one would not mind,
Sean, may you always rest in peace and look down on us with the same love that we look up to you.

Curiously how many years does he have left? I doubt we'd pursue him.

He's only in his 3rd year...so I'm thinkin' he has a lot more left in the tank.

Soft hands, short arms. He makes all the hard ones, loses all the easy ones.
Sounds like the newest Panther WR, to me.

He is most certainly not a burner. Sufficient, yes, but I'll be straight up with you and tell you right now he's not much faster than Keyshawn Johnson.

It's a shame too, because that kid could be something if he developed some consistency.

If you want the occasional highlight reel catch to go along with 2 dropped balls and some alligator arms, be my guest.

I'll pass for a more consistent WR. Not to say Lloyd isn't amazing when he does it. He is. But he still needs a lot of work.
