Which NFL team had the most demoralising loss in week 8?

Talk about the AFC, NFC, the NFL Draft, College Football... anything football that has no Washington Football Team relevance.

Which NFL team had the most demoralising loss in week 8?

Houston 19, Cleveland 16 (Clevelend lost against a winless team, until yesterday...)

Carolina 38, Minnesota 13 (Minny lost the game, Culpepper, and a lot of money on Smoot ...)

N.Y. Giants 36, Washington 0 (Washington got beat big, and then got beat up worse: Griffin, Samuels, Cooley ...)

Denver 49, Philadelphia 21 (Philthy got trashed good as well although they made Bailey look as a rookie).

San Francisco 15, Tampa Bay 10 (Nobody saw this one coming against a Rodeo rider QB!)

I say Minny because they might have lost all hope with Culpepper possibly gone for the season. Not that he was playing great, not to mention Smoot, but still ...

I probably should not have left Detroit out now that Millen and Mariucci will be out the door soon, but I said -game- not season!

Philly.

Luckily, for us, because Mara died, noone realized we got torn up in the media.

Minnesota. After a victory that had the potential to turn their season around, yesterday ended it, for all practical purposes.

We're a close second, though. . .

no question. the skins.

that was a 60 minute beat down. it was demoralizing, and down right embarrassing. at least everyone else in that list scored a touchdown in defeat.

man, we stunk the joint up yesterday.

Another reason I choose Minny instead of us (a close second) is that we have hope to make up in the coming weeks if this is turned around as a motivation.

Minny really has no hope anymore. But I hear you guys about those Redskins. My, my.

First shutdown in a regular season ever for Joe. But it was well deserved. There is no question that the Skins did not came ready to play an NFC East opponent yesterday. From the coaches to the water boy, they stunk as badly as I have ever seen them in the worst days of all time.

Funny thing about Bailey, is that in typical Chammp style, he ran fine with no noticible limp, except for everytime he got beat and/or missed a tackle, when all of a sudden he couldn't move.

What a chump.

The kickoffs were nice, too. Didn't Frost do both?? What a solid contributor.

The Novak/Hall sag continues for at least one more week, since we know not what Hall can do.

I agree about the demoralising loss but even if we had scored 35 points it does not matter - what is important is not the fact that we did not score it's how we played the game or should I say how we did not play the game. This was very disapointing in that I think we were out coached and out played plus the players looked like they were just not into the game. I have seen Gibbs look that disapointed but it has been a while.

Fortunately this was just 1 game and I think will be a big turnaround for us - it had better be or there will be a lot more than just a loss at stake next week. I think Gibbs can handle another loss and still have a decent season and be in the playoffs BUT only if the team decides it wants to play with a lot more effort than we saw yesterday.
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)
