Taylor Jacobs the fastest Redskin?

Guys, I was just looking at the great skin vidoes that skinsfanatic put out. On the WR screen that Moss ran in for a TD you all of a sudden see Jacobs pop into the screen to escort Moss into the endzone. Jacobs came out of nowhere and even looked like he was gaining on Moss the entire time. Granted, Jacobs probally wasn't in the game as much as Moss and was very fresh but the speed he flashed is undeniable.

Before I saw that particular clip I was thinking that Jacobs needs to step up and beat out Thrash for the slot position. No Thrash hate here but if Jacobs can be as sure handed as Thrash is then we need to pop him in there.

Another thing I noticed is that Thrash is making a lot more catches this year. He had some drops last year but maybe that was due to us switching for a lefty to a righty.

jacobs started opposite moss on that play. he had the speed to cover the distance across the field and still be 'in' the play. i noticed that when it happened. too bad the guy can't get on the field, for whatever reason.

He is very fast but santana is faster than him. Santana is fast with the ball....jacobs is fast w/o it. Les give taylor the ball and see how fast he really is!

that's why we drafted taylor when spurrier was here, because he could stretch the field...unfortunately he's always hurt and we never got to see that...jacobs is mighty fast though.
