Yesterday, Karl Rove was, once again, called to testify before the grand jury in the Traitor-gate, Valerie Plame Wilson spy outing case. This greatly increases the likelihood that he will be indicted for perjury and obstruction of justice. Thoughts?

I saw a headline about this on CNN. It said something about going before them without immunity, or something. WHat exactly does that mean?

I don't know that going before the grand jury increases his chances of being indicted, but it may or may not be a sign that indictment is pending.

Rove should be indicted. Signs are not only that he will be, but that Bush and Cheney will be named as unindicted conspirators.
I'll be disappointed if Fitzpatrick loses his nerve. The corruption and incompetence of this administration is such that Bush and Cheney and Co simply must go. Resignations would be appreciated by most of the country, including many conservatives.
If Fitzpatrick doesn't get the ball rolling, something else will: the new Abu Ghraib photos, the whole list of investigations and embarassments on the way. The Press is finally doing its job. In short, the administration is toast-- better now than later. If Republicans want to keep either house, they should get as far away from the train wreck as possible.
It's quite clear now that Bush and Cheney have blown almost every aspect of their jobs and have cost this country more than even their worse critics would have predicted..
