Thank you, Dallas

Post by Irn-Bru »

Dear Dallas,

Thank you for looking past us.

Thank you for all the smack talk.

Thank you for the lovely half-time ceremony; it was real sweet.

Thank you for smiling on the sidelines, even with 2 minutes to go, as if you had won the game already.

Thanks for the homecoming game (we weren't the team that you expected, eh?)

Thank you for being cocky, and for letting "Sideline" Santana run down your gut against your great defenders. Twice.

Thank you for getting up by 13 in the fourth quarter and then letting us take it from you--that hasn't happened to Bill Parcells in any of the previous 77 games where he was up by 13 in the fourth quarter.

If you have anything to thank Dallas for, please do it in this thread. Come on, THN, spread the love--I know that you've got some.

People may not remember exactly what you did

they will ALWAYS remember how you made them feel.

And most of all, thank you to Joe Gibbs for, as John Madden said, being so calm when everything was going wrong.
Sit back and watch the Redskins.

SOMETHING MAGICAL IS ABOUT TO BEGIN!

The best thing about this win

Parcells WAS 77-0 when carrying a lead into the 4th quarter.

WE WILL NEVER SEE THAT GRAPHIC AGAIN!

This will charge this rivalry back up to where it belongs.

I did not see that! I saw them getting together but did Parcells not shake hands?

Best hit of the game.....

Post by Cooley4MVP »

Sean Taylor made up for his blown coverage on the flea flicker by leveling....I think it was Crayton to force a 4th down...( It was a fumble by the way)...Sean Taylor brought the lumber baby...gotta love it...much kudos to Mark Brunell...he found a way to win....he could be like Trent Dilfer of the 2000 Ravens if we are lucky....man I am so pumped right now...I love it.

NEVER SLEEP ON SANTANA MOSS BOOOOOOYSSS.....

Just to think, it only took untill the last 3 minutes of the game for the staff to realize that this dude is a FORCE out there.

CONGRATS JOE, YOU DESERVE THIS ONE.

Thank you Cowpies, for providing me many bouts of laughter, as I witnessed the Karmic wheel come around and squash you like bugs.

Thank you Dallas for putting me on cloud 10 for the whole week. Let see what ESPN, Peter what his name, Lenny Pastabelly, the so-called Dr. Z and Paul Woody have to say now.
