Where will you be on Monday Night??

Post by REDEEMEDSKIN »

Alright, Monday Night...huge game against the Pukes...a lot of questions will be answered on the field...but here are some that can only be answered on this forum.

- Where will you watch the game on Monday Night?

- Any "tailgating" plans in your driveway, sidewalk, patio?

- Who's gonna be there?

- How are you gonna show your Redskins Pride?

Feel free to add any details you wish.

I'm currently split between my friends house, where there is cable, but a small TV, my house, where there is a bigger screen, but a pair a rabbit ears (a little fuzzy), or just hiding at sears after they close á la the goons in "Home Alone 2" to watch the games on huge screens all at once.

I'll be wearing my Brunell Jersey, and hoping to God that he performs like I think he can, otherwise, I'm gonna get a lot of junk from all the people I've tortured with my incessant Brunell speak. (Maybe it's having such a large image of Joe in my avatar that's influencing my speech. I really don't know.)

I'm also open to going to watch at a Sports Bar-not-named-ESPNZone, so, if anyone has any recommendations, I'm all ears..er..eyes. See?

Whatever you end up doing, remember it's not about deciding on the better Skins QB.

No, there should only be one goal in mind on Monday Night...

BEAT DALLAS!!!

well, i just found out, to my delight, that the skins game will be broadcast on espn for us new yorkers in maine. so i'll be planted in front of the tv in the playroom (which is out of earshot of the kids' rooms), which is much better than having to go to a bar, because they don't like it when you throw things at the tv there. silly people.

no tailgating, but i do like to sit down to a jalepeno chicken sausage sub w/ peppers & onions, a bag of chips and a few beers.

and i watch alone. with nobody else. y'know when i watch alone, i prefer to be by myself. too late for the kiddies, and waaaaay too much tension for the little lady.

i usually got my DG authentic on and my hat (free from mountain dew -- i'm cheap).

and, just to be clear, i will be rooting with all my might for the skins -- brunell or no brunell. if he's wearing burgundy and gold, he gets my full support. despite all that's been said, i sincerely hope he does well, because if he does well, we win, and that's what i want most. and it's all about me.

I should be at home, high on medicine and high on life (if we win!)

If I could afford to do some tailgating, I probably would. Or maybe hamburger helper could count as tailgaiting (again, if I could swallow. . .so it all comes down to the meds)

The game starts at 6:00 out West. I'll be up real early the next day, hangover or not, to read about our win before going to work. Heck, I probably won't be able to sleep so I'll just stay up and watch the highlights over and over and over, smiling, fat, and happy.

Too bad! I hope you get better soon man!

I will be at home watching the game on TV ALONE. Too late for the kids (one hour ahead in Atlantic Canada) and my wife knows that it is better to leave me alone.

I will cook something nice. I have ALL kinds of drinks around. TV is not large but it is free ...

Are you ready for some football?

After living most of my life in VA, and 30 years of watching the away games on TV, I now live in Texas, and I'll finally be in the stands at Texas Staium for monday night, with Redskin Jersey and Hat, with a Cowboy Star sewn on the back pocket of my jeans as a subtle message to cowboy fans what they can do.

It's just a short 3 hour drive from Austin, and I can't wait, even though I'm driving up with a Cowboy die hard.

Be careful not to drive over your grill in the AM.

In my living room. Big Screen a-blasting. Full cooler at my feet. Any Pats-fan friend who just wants to drink beer, watch football and shake their head at my ranting and yelling. Redskin flag proudly flying off my porch. And my family tip-toeing around looking at me like I have 2 heads.

I am hoping to be watching the game in toronto (anyone know if its on there - RiC or BH)

Will probably fall asleep half way through as I will have completed (if no delays) a 26 hour flight from Australia 2 hours before kickoff

Otherwise I guess it will be hog.net for me
