NE vs OAK

Talk about the AFC, NFC, the NFL Draft, College Football... anything football that has no Washington Football Team relevance.

NE vs OAK

Post by hailskins666 »

damn. i wasn't going to post anything, but randy moss just made rodney harrison look like a fool. :?

the faiders look strong offensively, but how long till the players are trying to kill each other??? it will only take a couple games till norv's great leadership breaks down and guys are at each others throats.

I love that 1st sentence.

Randy is starting on my fantasy team this week. I benched LaMont Jordan and Jerry Porter, though.

I hope Daniel Graham does well. He's starting on my team this week, too.

Big game tonight. :)

It's only 17-14 now but I think the Pats are going to widen the margin during the second half.

I'd kinda like to see the Raiders upset the Pats, though.

Norv, you pansy! To not even go for points to tie or lead going into halftime in hostile territory, when you have one of the best recievers in the league (who already has 2 catches totally over 100 yards and 1 TD) -- you might as well quit now!

Did anyone else see the highlight reel that featured a Titans' TE jumping over Bailey, who completely whiffs on the tackle?

2 catches, 102 yards, 1 TD. I feel like a genius.

Yeah, and I also saw that last year live. It was on the Christmas Day ESPN game. Troupe made Bailey look like a fool! (But Ben Troupe is really athletic)

And even though I hate these teams, I love opening night. And it was the coolest two years ago when we had the opening night game, except the white/white jerseys were barfy.

And four more words: The Vikings are stupid.

Lol, the Pats are serious business.

That team is a prime example of what great execution can do for you.

The Raiders D was awful against the pass, but looked pretty good or ok against the run. I still think when we play them we can run pretty good against them.

As far as there offense. Their line looked bad. The Pats were getting good pressure with just 3 or 4. I know our front 4 is not as good as the Pats 3, but with all the blitzing, Collins is not going to have any time to throw to Moss. I'm still not sure about Jordan being a starting back. I think he averaged less then 4 YPC this game. I'll gime him a few more weeks against some weaker denfenses till I judge him.

I do not see any reason why we should not win our game against the Raiders this season.

Man, the Raiders O-Line made the Texans look like the Hogs! Even when the Pats didn't blitz the front 4 was hurrying him. Collins rarely had a chance to see all of his reads and step into a throw. It's gonna be a long season for Collins AND Moss.
Moss, ARE, Lloyd, Cooley, Portis, Fauria....Too many weapons!!
