Redskins TV coverage is terrible.

Talk about the Washington Football Team here. Do you bleed burgundy and gold?

I know its only the begining of the season but the local coverage of the Skins is terrible. I waited 30 minutes to watch a sport programs with only 2 minutes of Skins news. Whats that all about?

Does this piss anyone else off they spend more time on golf.

That's what makes this site so great.

Redskins.com is pushing out "Redskins TV" but it will make you yawn. Hopefully it will get better. It's pretty basic stuff, they have variety at the cost of quality. I prefer the later.

Right now their stuff is like a Golden Corral buffet. Rubber steak and lima beans anyone?

Comcasts SportsNite and SportsRise has good coverage. Channel 9's Sports Plus gives a lot of coverage to the Skins on Sunday nights. THN is 24/7/365

Sportsnite on Comcast Sportsnet is pretty decent sometimes but half the time they are talking about the Ravens anyways. I agree there is not much on the skins and forget national coverage. If you watch espn there is only 1 team in the NFL and that is the Eagles. Its pretty slim pickins on Redskins news thats why you just gotta stop screwing around and get to the REAL source which is TheHogs.net :D

People, we have to realize that this summer is different from EVERY OTHER ONE that most of us can recall.

There's a baseball team here now -- a baseball team that was the #1 story of baseball's first half.

Not only a team, but a winning team. A winning team that is smack-dab in the middle of the playoff hunt and has this city's fans thinking postseason for the first time since 1945 (Nats finished 2nd, didn't make World Series).

With that one announcement last September (Expos to move to D.C.), the phrase "The Redskins are the biggest story in Washington every day of the year" became instantly outdated and moot.

So, for Sunday, the Nationals getting back to one game out of the wild card and the PGA Championship are both legitimately bigger stories than the day after a preseason game.

As was pointed out earlier in this thread, that's exactly why THN exists -- and why it kicks total butt in doing so. Come here for your 24/7/365 Redskins.
