Mike Williams

Post by RedskinsRule56 »

The only thing that could make me from not putting a gun to my head would be that we trade for Mike Williams!! It does not make any sense that we did not take him. We had the 30th ranked offense last year! 30th I mean WTF Mike Williams is a beast This was a no brainer pick and we F-it up! I am absolutely furious!

I here you. I am not furious though. I am just depressed. And I really mean that. I am freckin depressed. I have been looking at mock drafts and looking foward to this day for months. I never thought it would turn out like this. This is just plain sad. God. And all these posters who think Gibbs has "a plan" like he is some unfallable god are fools. This is the worst "single" day in my 15 years as a Redskins fan. :(

This belongs in the "Around the League Forum"....cause the Redskins missed out on this cat.

30th ranked offense....so draft a corner back and a BACKUP QB.

Make sense to me....

D-Mac @ 6-5 and M. Williams @ 6-5 lined up in the red zone w/ Moss in the slot. Cooley at TE and Portis in the backfield.........AAAAHHHHH

I need another beer before the Klitchko fight comes on.

I'm going to have nightmares because we could have gone DB at 25, 114 ...ah hell the rest of the picks also.

This open door is just too easy...................

You guys need to get over it! You don't know nearly as much about Football as Gibbs and Company. You don't watch game film. You aren't in the Club House. You don't know.

Do you think that Gibbs wants us to fail? Do you think that he is incompetent? If you want a WR so bad you can go root for the Lions!

I'm staying right here, without a gun to my head, and I'm going to sleep well tomight.....not because I love Jason Campbell, but because I can't predict the future and Jason Campbell could be the next Donovan McNabb, and Because I trust that Gibbs knows more about Football and what the Redskins need than me, or any of you!

Well i hear all of you, but i think Gibbs wanted to get a Defensive player because he did not want the defense to slip loosing 2 players. because as my signature says "Defense Wins Championsips". So carlos would have immediate impact as a CB opposite to Springs. As for getting Jason Campbell, maybe its because to let Ramsey feel the competition and step his play up. Now for Mike Williams, i dont think we need him. I mean what hes not going to start infront of Moss or Patten, and with the Gardner situation going nowhere, we would have too many WRS especially since DMAC and Jacobs have stepped it up a little bit. SO we already have enough depth.

Rookie WR's blow... it takes 3 years for a wr to develop... Gibbs wants to win right now...

Williams is good and possibly will be a great WR... but Gibbs needed immediate help... Rogers will be on the field a lot next year... plain and simple Walt Harris is the reason we picked Rogers....

The QB pick... that is a mystery to me... I think gibbs really doesn't like Ramsey... and he doesn't want to pay him when his contract is up....
See right now I'm on lettuce... Pretty soon I'll be on fries... After that.. The grill... And after that... Comes Assistant. Manager.... and That's When the Big Bucks roll in!

Not picking Williams doesn't make me that mad, but the fact that he went to the Lions, who ALREADY HAVE ROY WILLIAMS AND CHARLES ROGERS!
