Since we need draft picks and are being heartless...here's some guys to shed-- Rock, Dmac, Antonio, Rod, Thrash, Morton,
Sellers, Royal, Jimon, Wilds, Betts, Clark. I know all these guys have value-- that's the point. Our two firsts fill two starter weaknesses, now let our depth of talent fill the other two and the need for a short yardage back. Then, we find backups and older guys among the FA's and the draft over the next couple of years. Superbowl in three.

Rock just re signed, Sellers is our best special teams player, Royal is our only decent TE, Garnell Wilds is a rising star the coaches like, Betts is our only backup running back, and Ryan Clark is coming off of a great season, and we are not sure how well Bowen will heal.
I understand the desire to acquire picks, but you can't dismantle the team to do it.
D Mac, Mortan, Jimoh are expendable, but Thrash is a special teams leader.

What depth

Gardner is the only one on this list that should be let go before the start of mini-camp and he will be.

crazyhorse i seriously do not know what have you been smokin.
Dmac is rising into a star. Antonio had an amazing 2 games returning punts and kicks. Rod is going to be traded. Thrash is a great great great great special teams player. Royal is an amazing TE. Wildds is getting there. Betts is our only backup running back. Clark did a good job. and sellers is our best teams player. Now i dont know how you think 2 players can replace all this.
