A few years ago my mother was involved in a car accident. My mother and sister were fine, the car was damaged but not totaled, as was the car of the woman who she hit. This woman walked away under her own power... BUT her husband (we assume) was taking pictures of the "victim" and the accident after it happened.
Like I said this woman walked away under her own power and showed no signs of injury, but they sure did put on a show.
Years later (approximately a month before the statute of limitations kicks in) this woman decides that she's hit the gold mine and decides to sue my mother (mother of two with both kids in college starting next fall).
She claims that she's "disabled" and "unfit" to work... why do people pull this stuff? Don't people understand there's no free lunch??
I hope our insurance company sends mom a good lawyer to rip apart this lady's selfish and uncredible story
