True, True

Jansen on his broken thumbs:
"It’s limited me in some ways but has been beneficial in others. It’s like I have a couple of clubs on my hands. I just have to hit people with them."

I like the Ron we saw in last years preseason.
He will benefit from the cheap shot line.

But, but, but...I thought you had to be at least mediocre before you could be washed up. Dayne reminds me of the old saying about the "has been" who "never was".

I, too was impressed by Dayne's running during the preseason last year. Since, at the time, I was rooting for my brother Kurt to succeed (not against us, obviously), I was geeked at the possibility of his having a double threat at running back. Of course, it turned out that Tiki was the star, and the Giants pulled Kurt waaaay to soon.
Anywho. I think the Broncos made a nice pickup. If they can open those huge lanes for Dayne, can you imagine how tough it will be for opposing d's to bring him down???
Dayne is a early candidate for comeback player of the year. Of course, though, I'm rooting for Barrow to win that piece of hardware.
