Hey guys what’s up.
Finally the redskins are acting like a normal team. Gardner your attitude sucks so seya later. Coles 90 passes isn't enough you can go to, pierce you want more money, go ahead and get it. Pierce was a product of Williams. And he will be an average linebacker else where. Physically he is not the best but he had some football smarts. What ever team gets him will see that after they sign him.
Don't get me wrong I like pierce and he is GOOD IN OUR SYSTEM.
But I wouldn’t mind if he left. And I don’t care if the other players leave. Lavar, Sean , and Portis are staying. Spring too. And that’s good for me.
Face it the players the skins have had over the past years get the big money but fail to produce.
I am happy that we are not overpaying average players and starting to pick the players we want for our price.
We are going to draft good. I want a Wr. But Gibbs will make the right choice.
I am happy that we are saving money and making our own identity
.
This is the best offseason so far!

Welcome...I love your optimism.
Best to look on the brightside.
On the downside...we don't have much cap room, and Coles is making it even worse. Samuels must sign a new deal. We must be able to resign some players AND flirt with some free agents.
We will be going into the season with a question mark on our receivers, whoever they will be....and once again Patrick Ramsey will need to make a major adjustment. He will need to live at Redskins Park like Gibbs does.
Ironic....When the Redskins got Coles something happened that never did before...a team used their 1st round pick and went after a restricted free agent. And now, something is happening that has not happened before: Coles wants to give back money in order to be released. This was a total curveball, possibly a dagger in Dan Snyder's salary cap master plan.
For sure, this will be one hell of a month...stay tuned, stay sane.
System
We, like the players, have to buy into the system. Players can come and go but the system IS the team. It may get Cap-ugly first, but who knows, a cap-ugly flushing of the roster with no big name free agent signings might work right into Gibbs character building plans. (Money tends to corrupt anyway:)
Build through the draft!

Good stuff.
Sean Taylor was one of a kind, may he rest in peace.
You mean we might become a team of players? This would be something new for the B&G.
I am suddenly very interested in how these players will react to a system that rewards players who want to play for Joe and Co.

Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)
