The game clock was not running so there is no runoff
This is what I thought the right answer was when the "missed run-off" point was previously made.
I was the one who brought up the missed runoff. I was talking about the one that happened at 1:07, where the ref asked that the clock be reset to :57, and that never happened. No explanation was given at the time for the runoff not occurring. Turns out, Kyle informed the refs of the rules.

Kyle should have been fined 25K for his abuse of the unicorns (they certainly weren't zebras)... and paid 25K for doing their jobs for them.
