This is the second time he is being accused of sexual assault.
I understand that athletes are targets. We have plenty of single athletes out there who mingle with women and are not being accused of sexual assault. Not once but twice this has happened.
This was no doubt a cover up in my mind. The Bar owners were questioned by investigators about the bathrooms.
Apparently people who come to this bar frequently have said the bathrooms are always dirty.
For some strange reason when the investigators came to gather evidence the bathrooms had been scrubbed down with bleach and were squeeky clean.
Wow sounds strange to me. Also one of Bens entourage members is a cop and is now facing being terminated.
People with power and money can get away with murder. Please people do not be naive and think justice was actually served here.
My only point has and still is that we don't know for fact what happened. We can speculate and assume and theorize all day (hell we did for weeks), but I try not to get caught up in the rumor mill and people trying to pass these assumptions and rumors off as fact.
I never denied that Ben may have committed these crimes, which really are despicable. I only used the facts we had and stayed away from all theories and assumptions.
HERO, I'm not picking a fight with you, but your reply was exactly the type of argument I am against. The one where emotion and assumption rules supreme.
This will be the last time I comment on this story until we have new news.

I agree, but the fire could just be liking to party and being in he-said she-said situations. It doesn't make him guilty of being a rapist. I'm not saying he's not, but he's in a position someone could try to make a quick buck on the accusation and the smoke isn't necessarily indicating a fire that's a crime.

His days in Pitt are counted. Possibly his days in the NFL as well.
There are too many leads in too many publications, including the Front Cover and main articles in a
high circulation sports magazine, that tell too many too damaging stories which demonstrate a terrible pattern of behaviour.
Why are some athletes so stupid and so irresponsible to the point of being so close to criminal behaviour?
It baffles me that they cannot manage great fame and enormous economic fortune as mature individuals.

Hey no sweat man,
I am guilty of trying to be detective Ill admit. More often in life you find that bad things happen when you put yourself in situations for bad to happen. Bad judgement he is definatley guilty of.
I am not the man upstairs who ultimatley does all the judging but Ill admit I think the guy is guilty. I hope I am wrong but that is just my opinion. To each his own. I respect your point of view. Never did I not. I was only expressing my own view. Its always gravy.

Good point.
