Punu: It appears to me that there are enough grounds to make allegations and file several charges against Redeemed under the THN applicable law to this case.

It is up to you and your attorney now. We would give you the same right to a fair trial that we gave him to receive justice in this board.

If this is true, you might be acquited. Besides you are innocent until proven guilty. But it is Punu's turn to make any charges.

I suggest you pick a defense attorney real soon just in case. But you have the right to take the floor to defend yourself if you choose to do so.

I wait for my attorney and will continue with my agrument against redeems comments tommorow.

Hognostications Results for NFL Week 14

According to recent results, winning this thread from now on appears to require a score of 14-02 or better. Not a small task. Congratulations to DarthMonk (nice name) for an impressive 14 - 02 score. He is the opposite of another poster who digs a deeper grave by the week. Darth lets his Hognostications do the talking for him.

The big bunch of posters is located this time at about 11-05. That is the statistical median value if you know what I mean.

Good news and bad news:

The bad news are that 1) Nobody received a perfect score; and 2) CLL dropped one spot. He is the only courageous soul who picked New Orleans on MNF.

The good news are that 1) Redeemed had to pay his debt as you may have noticed; 2) He ran out of another game to make any headway in the final total score against others and Yours Truly; 3) He doubled the total score bet to 400 posts against ANYONE (now he tells me that this was a joke); 4) Tazlah is NOT last and she has several mods as company; and 5) hkhog and Punu got to 50%.

Redeemed would have defeated Punu. But we had serious allegations of impropriety which proved to be false and we refuse to make any declaration based on the ongoing legal proceedings taking place among them. This is a SERIOUS matter of integrity folks.

For those who don't understand "legalese", what this means is that the announcement of my complete thrashing of Punu will be annouced once I'm exonerated of any wrongdoing. Mr. Sneddon...er RiC still believes there is a case in this matter, but my legal team is quite confident that the poleaxing Punu got this week will be given proper credit by week's end.

Alright, if it wasn't for all those poor weeks I had at the beginning of the season, the week upon week of missing picks, and if I could somehow make it so that I picked this well week in and week out, that shirt would be mine!

OOOOOooohhhh! Punu and Justice, these seem like litigation words to me. I do not know about you but I do not see how any self-respecting poster could face his or herself in the mirror after these words. I am not trying to encourage any rivalry that did not exist in the first place. But this is going further than anybody anticipated.

For the record, no result between Punu and Redeemed will be announced until and when this matter is settled between you two and your two legal teams.
