I just hope that in this week's episode of Russian Roulette starring RGIII's recently dislocated ankle ... the chamber is empty. (If you want to parse "recently" go ahead.)
See, I have confidence that RGIII is the man already. He doesn't have to prove anything to me. I think he is all-pro caliber and I think if we just bring him back fully healthy and he has an offseason with no setbacks, he starts game 1 next year as one of the best in the NFL.
I base this opinion on what I've seen him do when healthy.
Yes, and he started this season with all of that too, and yet he still got injured. Who's to say that the same thing doesn't happen next year? If he can play, he needs to.

You see this isn't an issue of whether or not Griffin is fully healed, for me anyway. If he says so, and Gruden and the medical staff agrees, then there is no more discussion. My main gripe is McCoy's won 2 games now as the starter, and Griffin has missed 6+ weeks of practice with the starters. That's why I believe some people were advocating to waiting for the game after the bye, to give Griffin more time to practice with the starters. At least that's what my mentality was.

That was the other half of it for me ... the practice issue.
Hog Bowl III, V, X Champion (2011, 2013, 2018)
Hognostication Champion (2011, 2013, 2016)
Hognostibowl XII Champion (2017, 2018)
Scalp 'em, Swamp 'em, We will take 'em big score! Read 'em, Weep 'em Touchdown, We want heap more!
I was concerned also about how rusty Griffin might be and 'reports' that everyone felt he needed more time to get up to speed
Gruden sees where he's at and he knows EXACTLY what Griffin can do and how to use him on Sunday - we all just think we know
My concern is not Griffin - it's about the rest of the team - even a rusty Griffin is better than McCoy or Cousins
I expect to see a fired up group with their leader back on the field and playing QB again
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)
