All of Dallas is pretty much terrible. I'd take Houston over Dallas any day.

Ok, NOW that RGIII is looking to go to the SKINS.... do you still hate Dallas and all the surrounding suburbs and down to Waco?
After all, RGIII is a Texan.... (being born in Japan)
There have been great players from Texas..... (we just hate the pukes, right)

To answer your question, yes!
Dallas and its suburbs don't have anything to do with RGIII. He grew up as a Bronco fan. BTW, RGIII is from Copperas Cove in the Killeen area which is Army Town home of Fort Hood. All of that is south of Waco.
RGIII is a Texan, but so are a lot of us, Redskin fans. So are and have been a lot of Skins players from Texas. The Cowboys and the city of Dallas suck, but the state doesn't. Do the Cowboy's market themselves as Texas' team? NO! They arrogantly market themselves as America's team. Of course, we all know that that ain't true. Heck, Jerry Jones ain't even from Texas.
We welcome not only one Giffin with open arms, but my fellow San Antonio O.W. Holmes alum, Cedric Griffin!
(I am still a San Antonio Spurs fan, so I have an extra incentive to hate Dallas - besides that I have never, no way, no how liked Dallas, the city!) What is there to like about Dallas?)
Just a little friendly Sunday afternoon rant.

There is nothing in that TOWN in Texas that I have anything good to say about... As far as the State of Texas goes, Killen wasn't bad, loved the River Walk in SA, (spent some time @ Fort Sam Houston) is a experince I'll never forget, Houston has a great (but rowdy) nightlife, and to be honest I see more support for ttiT in DC than I saw in the Hood, Bliss, Sam Houston, and Houston areas

You really missed out if you didn't experience Luling, TX - home of the "Watermelon Thump!
My favorite thing to do is check out all the decorated awl wells and take in the fresh smell of awl.
