Do you hate City of Dallas or just the Pukes...?

Talk about the AFC, NFC, the NFL Draft, College Football... anything football that has no Washington Football Team relevance.

What is your level of hate for Dallas?

Do you hate City of Dallas or just the Pukes...?

Post by tribeofjudah »

Do you hate, loathe, and despise the whole city of Dallas or just the Cowpukes of Dallas...?

I was thinking earlier today. Sometimes, I can find myself rooting for the NBA Mavericks or even the NHL Stars. So do I really HATE Dallas or just the Pukes...???

What about you...???

I've never been to Dallas, but I hate all of the sports teams from that town. It's pretty easy to root for the Heat to win it all.

I hate the Dallas Cowboys but I've met a lot of Texans (including residents of Dallas) that I like

I will add that I don't know any Cowboy fans that I have much in common with but I truly believe the WORST most biased fans in sports are fans of the New York Giants, the Philadelphia Eagles AND the New York Yankees :puke:
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)

I know for a fact that JR Ewing was actually shot by a Dallas Cowboy player

ROTFALMAO Now that was funny. And, I agree. Arlington ain't an Eastern city. Change Carolina for Arlington. It works. And Carolina would be a natural geographical rival for the Redskins.

I don't care who we play but the NFL season has to include a home and away between the Redskins and Cowboys each year

I had a choice between Fort Lewis, Washington and Fort Hood, so I, of course, chose Fort Lewis (beautiful Seattle-Tacoma area), so I never lived in the area, but I did get some all expenses paid trips to go play at Fort Hood, so I got to see enough of it to know, I made the right choice.

I liked grilling 52 weeks out of the year (theoretically). I recall 1 year grilling in shorts the week of Christmas. I didn't have young kids at the time to miss out on all the snow, but damn, here in NoVA, we get more ice than snow anyway.

I've heard Seattle's got a lot of rain. I hate rain! I haven't ever been there, so I don't know first hand.

Just playing in the Sandbox isn't nearly all of central Texas.

I guess I don't feel so bad about Dallas beating Miami afterall. It was just the thought of hearing Dallas as champions that didn't sit too well with me, but if it isn't Dallas Cowboys Champions, then, it's no big deal even though I am a San Antonio Spurs fan (my hometown). Still don't like the city though - never have.

Yeah, Seattle rains a lot but it doesn't come close to ranking in the top ten for wettest cities in the U.S. Mostly overcast and misting rainy days. It does get depressing lot of SAD cases like in the Northest part of the country. Like you said, can't beat year round grilling weather in Central Texas. As a civillian, I would choose the Killeen area over the Seattle/Tacoma area. All of those cloudy skies in the Sea-Tac area did get old, but for three years, it was worth it.
