good point - the Broncos are last in running and second in passing so far - PLUS their defense is 26th in points allowed so they have had to score some points and they have little to no run game
should be an interesting game this week for Lloyd going against the Jets secondary
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)

He's on a team that has a competent QB and coach.
I think Gibbs was a pretty competent coach.
Competent? Using the word loosely I'd say yes.. come on now though, 2 TIME OUTS BACK TO BACK??? In the most emotional game we had to play all year??? If that's competent, I'd hate to see what a bonehead is. Oh, and I love the guy still but I'm jus sayin.
As for Lloyd, the dude would catch the most unbelievable passes but would drop the routine wide open ones. His attitude sucked while here and Danny paid him big dollars. Am I happy for the guy now that he's doing good, NOPE! .. but he is doing good and as an NFL fan I'm impressed.

Yeah, that was pretty bad. I couldn't believe he didn't know that rule either. But if he didn't know it in 2007, that means he didn't know it back between '81 and '92, so I can't really hold it against his competence.

Most all the 'skill' guys that make it to the NFL and manage to stay a few years are incredibly talented It's not so much what he's doing but what is happening with the guys around him - it's all about TEAM PLUS the fact that the Broncos have no run game, AND a not very good scoring defense means that the TEAM's best WR is getting a lot of opportunities

He has a raport with Orton too form when both were with the Bears. Lloyd wasn't consistant at that point but he made some spectacular catches. Just getting him to do it every week - or even every quarter - was the problem. I guess his heart is finally in it.
It is in truth not for glory, nor riches, nor honours that we are fighting, but for freedom – for that alone, which no honest man gives up but with life itself.
