Totally agree. Bring back the gold pants!

FYI, they've never worn that combo and I pray they never do.
Sure they have. I think most recently when Marty was coach.
Not burgundy jerseys AND pants. Marty and SOS went burg-at-home at least some of the time. But we've never seen the all-dark. Thankfully.
I've always been in favor of a greater not-just-at-Dallas use of the burgundy jerseys. Glad we'll see them a few more times in the second half.
If they're going to stay white for the Dallas game, maybe they compensate and make the Cleveland game the fourth burgundy-at-home game.

I'm pretty sure I remember the burgundy on burgundy look one time during Marty. Everyone hated it, as I recall.

I keep hearing that we wore them during Marty's time or during one preseason game......I'm not sure anymore but I liked it. I also liked the arrow helmit that no one else liked.

I'm certain it never happened. The closest we got was at the annual "rookie card" shoot one year when Taylor Jacobs wore it:
.... which proves its buffugliness.

Agree 100%, RF. That is hideous.
Like I said, that kind of crap if for lesser franchises like the Ravens, or the Bills. Not for us.

Jake would know. Jake, did we ever wear burgundy on burgundy?

Yay! Taylor Jacobs reference! To be able to make that guy conversational, you have to get bonus points.

The Redskins have NEVER worn all burgundy in a game. I like the burgundy shirt with white pants...however, the white shirt/burgundy pants combo, to me, is the way to go. Think about it. Not only does it look great, but the vast majority of Redskins glory has happened with that combination. Riggo 4th and 1 in SB XVII? White jersey and burgundy pants. The way to go...no question.

I snooped around the net a bit and I never found any uniforms that were B on B.

After seeing the TJ rookie card, I'm not so sure. The Burgundy on Burgundy looks good to me. Truth be told, I was never a big fan of the yellow (yes they are yellow, I know it's supposed to represent gold but they're yellow) pants.
I wouldn't want the reverse to be yellow jerseys either.
Gold just doesn't translate well to a cloth color and if it did, it would look like something out of a Night at the Roxbury, IMO.
Burgundy and white, white and burgundy, white and white and now burgundy and burgundy all work for me.

All white to keep the players cool? Didn't the Redskins just lose to a previously winless team that was wearing (gasp) dark blue?
White shirts to piss Dallas off? Didn't the Redskins - in burg - just beat Dallas - in white shirts? I would think that pisses them off even more.
White shirts are stale. Bigtime. If Zorn wants to put his stamp on the team then burg shirts at home should be the norm.
I for one am sick of the Ladies in White.

I think the point of it is when it's 100 degrees on the field and the sun's out, the white jerseys keep the players cooler, which helps with fatigue, than the darker jerseys that absorb more heat, which in turn, makes the players hotter.

Apparently, the physics of thermal and light dynamics involved should have no bearing here... apparently, it's not about being cool... but, about being
COOL

Yeah, really COOL losing to a previously winless team. Let's hear it for the mighty whites.
Let's see, some top fashion items in all-white:
- retro nurse uniform/halloween costume
- wife's wedding dress
- baby's diapers

What does the color of the uniforms have to do with last week's performance?
I can tell you what... absolutely freaking NOTHING, that's what.
