Just checking in to say that I love the game plan. Finally we see some good time management and control of the clock. Joe isn't letting Ramsey make any mistakes and he looks good. The overthrows downfield will be big completions in the second half because you can really see his confidence increasing. D looks great! That was BS on the Taylor 3rd down tackle, McNabb definately didn't make it. The only real weapon the have is McNabb's legs which are very dangerous but at least they've contained TO and the passing game. Someone on the team must have been reading my posts because I like the way they've been changing it up with Betts in there. He's made some nice plays. I'm ready for a fresh Portis to break out in the second half as the Eagles get more and more tired. We should have scored at least a TD but at least we're controling the game and playing our game plan. This is the best play calling I have seen this year. Now we have to go for the jugular with Portis running, Ramsey connecting with Coles, and Taylor taking off McNabb and TO's heads.

We should be winning tough, just have to convert and execute a bit better.

If we could only stop hurting ourselves with silly penalties, we'll be fine!

imagine if ramsey'd been in all year... he's making all the short throws and getting closer on the long ball- i agree his confidence is going way up, thanks to nice play-calling by gibbs. i also want to throw it deep down philly's throat, but gibbs is being smart by letting ramsey make a whole bunch of nice short throws to get him in the rhythm.

i feel like ramsey is already showing us that we don't need a new QB for next year- i knew he would at some point but he's exceeding my expectations by being pretty good already.

what's our longest TD of the year excluding Portis's first touch?
Why do we continue to stall and stall and stall when we get near an endzone?

Looks good penalty wise today? Portis ok? R Thomas?

My take on the game FWIW. I understand those of you who are not jumping for joy but I am. I am seeing the offence move the football down field on offence even being shut down on the run. That is huge. The eagles are going to need to adjust to the passing game which I think they were less prepared for and that in itself should open up the redskins running game a little bit. Defense is well….Defense and they just rock. Offence moving the ball mostly in the air…we just can’t under value how huge that is.
