Sleepless Nights
Can any of you tell me what Boomer Esiasson's politics are relative to the Skins. On NFL.com website his article "Winning Is A Brees", states that "Gibbs has an offense that cannot score and PLAYERS THAT DON'T GIVE A DAMN". What is he talking about. Where does he get that impression. I see a team that is working like heck to win.

Who knows what goes on inside his head ? I'm not sure what he's looking at, but losing does breed a certain callousness.
Maybe that's what he was talking about. Nobody is really raging on the sidelines when something goes wrong, because something almost always goes wrong.
Winning a few will change all that.
I wouldn't go so far as to say they don't "give a damn", though. They just need something to defend, like a win streak.

That's why if I don't read it on TheHogs.Net - I don't believe it.

In retrospect was Boomer considered a successful southpaw quarterback. Are there any similarities to him and Brunell? I do not know what it is except all southpaw QB's look the same to me. It seems they are trying to overcome some mechanical deficiency. Except for Stabler. I wonder what the baseball equivalent of this may be. I am being prejucdial here? Correct? I sure wish we had a righhanded QB.
