Doesn't Tom Tupa hold for field goals?

Consider it a new "wrinkle" in the offense in Week 9 for Joe and the gang.

***I stand corrected, though. Thanks.***

Unfortunately, I feel the same way....until proven differently. Two or three wins in a row, would change my outlook.
God bless our troops and Joe Gibbs.
We'll miss you, Joe.

I'm saying we eek this one out. But barely and again due to our awesome but banged up D. I'll go 21-6 in our favor. Oh and I call one of the TD's to be a defensive one! ;-) Brunnell is going to have 1 INT and the second half we will see Patrick! But it will be due to "injury" ;-) And not due to his poor performance.

Thomas Jones - 67 yards
Domanick Davis - 78
Brian Westbrook - 44
Warrick Dunn - 44
Ahman Green - 81
Tiki Barber - 70
Eddie George - 99

The Lions run defense is pretty stout, the teams that beat them did so with the pass, and by the D rattling Harrington. I am betting your D will get to Harrington, and knock that part out rather well. Unfortunately, it put more of the game in Brunnel's hands and the Lions are doing pretty well with slamming QBs around. I am an Eagle fan, and even I am hoping they bench the guy....it really is a shame for any footbal fan to watch....I am thinking the Skins eek it out, but the fact the Roy Williams is going to play could change somethings if a couple big plays pop up.

I think our secondary is gonna get burned. Brunell will be....uh....like Brunell and over-throw about 5 passes. He won't break 200 yards and he'll have 1 TD pass to his boy, Gardner. Portis will rush for 75 yards on 25 carries. Oh....and Brunell will fumble away a defensive TD for the Lions.

Today with the help of our Defense we will score more than 18 points and get that monkey off our back

The offense has to come around sooner or later...why not today :?:

Well, I was wrong on just about everyone of my predictions, but I came close to the Portis prediction. It's good to see him running strong.

I do take solace in the fact that Brunell was a WINNING QB on Saturday, though the offense struggled to move the ball through the air.

Gotta go think about next week's predictions....
